Prior to my career in real estate I worked in luxury sales and marketing in the wine industry, preceded by 5 years working in real estate finance. During this time, I also acquired my California state contractors license and worked with my father, a builder with 45+ years in the industry, buying, building and selling properties. My unique business background has been a great preparation for real estate sales. I am experienced in the complex details of high-end luxury marketing, and provide unique resources to my clients that are unavailable to most agents. I am well-versed in construction, design and staging, and easily liason with contractors.
I am a strong believer in continued professional education, and have worked with expert negotiators, holding annual workshops for industry professionals.
